Background / Founders Experience
We have already invested over $50,000 into a successful handmade manufacturing business in Ukraine, focused on embroidery and crafts. Leveraging our production experience, supplier network, and commitment to innovation, we are now expanding into the 3D printing space — starting with high-strength FPV drone frames and components.

1. Introduction / Vision
Project Name: 3D CarbonNestVision: Revolutionizing the FPV drone industry with high-performance, carbon-reinforced 3D-printed parts. Our aim is to provide durable, lightweight frames and components that improve the performance of drones while reducing manufacturing time and costs.
2. Problem & Solution
Problem:The drone industry faces the challenge of creating lightweight but strong frames for FPV drones. Traditional manufacturing methods are expensive and time-consuming, with limited customization options.
Solution:By using advanced 3D printing with carbon-fiber reinforced materials, we offer highly customizable, durable, and lightweight drone frames and components at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional methods. Our products will help drone builders and enthusiasts to improve performance while saving money.
3. Market Opportunity
The FPV drone market is expanding rapidly, with increasing demand for high-performance components. Our target customers include drone builders, FPV enthusiasts, and small UAV manufacturers. We aim to capture both B2C (direct sales to consumers via OLX, Etsy) and B2B (partnerships with drone manufacturers) market segments.
4. Traction
Current Status:We are in the process of developing our MVP using carbon-reinforced PA materials. Early feedback has been collected from local drone builders and hobbyist communities. We are preparing to launch pilot sales on platforms like Etsy and OLX.
Revenue Streams:
Direct sales to customers (B2C) via online marketplaces (OLX, Etsy).
B2B partnerships with small drone manufacturers.
5. Business Model
Revenue Model:B2C & B2B hardware manufacturing. We sell high-performance carbon-reinforced drone frames and components directly to FPV enthusiasts, drone builders, and small UAV manufacturers via online platforms and direct orders.
7. Go-to-Market Strategy
Our initial market entry will focus on small-scale direct-to-consumer sales via Etsy and OLX, building brand awareness and gaining feedback for product iteration. We will then expand to B2B sales, offering our products to drone manufacturers and hobbyist communities globally.
8. The Ask
We are seeking investment to help accelerate our production capabilities and expand our product line. The funds will be used for:
Purchasing high-end 3D printers
Materials for carbon-reinforced filament
Marketing and sales expansion
